Deep-Tech & Advanced Materials Advisory

Independent technical counsel for the hardest problems in advanced manufacturing.

Luzvex Advisory works with leadership teams and investors in aerospace, commercial space, and energy, bringing operator-level depth in advanced materials, powder metallurgy, and process scale-up to decisions that can't afford to be wrong.

Services

Focused engagements. Direct findings. No filler.

Every engagement is led personally and grounded in two decades of building, scaling, and running advanced materials operations.

01

Technical & Operational Assessments

On-site engineering and operations assessments that identify where performance, yield, and throughput are being lost, then lay out a prioritized, actionable path to improvement.

02

Technical Due Diligence

Independent evaluation of deep-tech and advanced-manufacturing targets for investors and acquirers: technology maturity, scale-up risk, capital requirements, and the claims behind the pitch.

03

Process Scale-Up & NPI

Guidance from first article to full-rate production: process design, capital planning, and new product introduction strategy for technologies moving out of the lab and into revenue.

04

Advanced Materials Advisory

Expert counsel on metal and ceramic powders, additive manufacturing, alloy selection and design, and materials strategy for demanding aerospace, space-propulsion, and energy applications.
